Unexpected challenges but great location

The location was excellent, just a minute from the metro and major attractions. Our communication with the owner was friendly and efficient.

We faced issues with the room amenities. The air conditioning was not functional, and it took multiple attempts to get the remote. The room also felt cold .

The location was really good, just a three-minute walk to stores, the metro, and the train station. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for a family wanting to explore the city. I also enjoyed the nearby Thai dishes. The check-in process could be improved as it was a bit confusing, and some noise from neighboring apartments was noticeable at times, which disrupted our sleep.
